You know, it’s kinda hard to find someone here on Earth that you can completely count on and trust. Even people who mean well and can generally be trusted will fail once in a while. That’s why our God is so amazing! Every promise He made He has kept or will keep, and we can be sure that when we place our trust in Him He will not fail us.

In Psalm 9:10, David says:

“And those who know Your Name put their trust in You,

For You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.”

Proverbs 30:5 tells us:

“Every word of God proves true;

 He is a shield to those who take refuge in him.”

2 Timothy 2:13 says:

“If we are faithless, He remains faithful—for He cannot deny Himself.”

And Hebrews 10:23 states:

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”

And there are so many other verses that speak of the truth of His trustworthiness! Plus, we can read in the Bible how He has kept His promises! Just check out these stories from the Bible of Him keeping His promises:

And there are several other stories in the Bible pointing to the trustworthiness of God! As you go about your life, just remember this verse:

“Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.”

Deuteronomy 7:9

Let’s Pray:

Thank You Lord that You are faithful! Thank You that I can trust You no matter what! Help me to hold fast to Your promises that You have given me in Your Word! I praise You for who You are!

Amen
